- SMScott MathersAug 8, 20261.0I want to return an unopened item and the clerk at the customer service desk told me that the store policy is that they don't take back returns unless they're damaged and I looked it up online and it says they absolutely do take anything back within 30 days providing you have a receipt. When I started telling her that, she was on the defense and was extremely rude.

They messed up every month. To top it off the lines are always at least 45 minutes. I always had to wait at twice. I stayed for a few months hoping the employees would figure out the rush of ppl from rite aid close. They never did. I waited a hour and 10 minutes that was the end of it. Ridiculous....
