Natalie has been our waitress several times she is awesome. She is new but she has been great!! The food is good, served hot and quickly. The place looks great I remember the previous business which was dying and you could see it. The building is bright colors now, nice atmosphere and fresh flowers on the tables. My only complaint there is a lady who stand behind the counter and doesn't really help even when she sees her waitresses are struggling. Refilling drinks or offering some type of help, really takes a load off the waitresses. That type of behavior will run off your staff and staff seems to be hard for the businesses to keep. Other than that I love having this restaurant here in CC.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here. I sat at the bar for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged, offered a menu, or even asked if I had been helped. Multiple waitresses walked past me during that time, and I also overheard other tables expressing frustration because they hadn’t been helped either. I was the second person within my visit to walk out without being helped. I completely understand that restaurants get busy. I was a waitress myself for 7 years, so I’m very understanding and patient when staff are overwhelmed. That’s why I waited without making a rude comment or complaining. However, 15+ minutes without even being acknowledged, especially while sitting at the bar, is simply too long. At that point, I decided to get up and leave because I didn’t want to continue wasting my time waiting for someone to notice me. I was really hoping to enjoy this establishment, but unfortunately the lack of service made that impossible. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to waste their time.

0s all around our entire tables food was cold like my sons and grandmas pancakes were so cold the butter wouldn’t melt also the waitress was wearing a extremely low cut shirt where her chest was pretty much out and made sure to bend over and put her chest in my husbands face not sure if she thought he was the tipper but it definitely ruined our meal and made everyone extremely uncomfortable never coming back.

I ordered the fish and chips and the tartar sauce had so much vinegar in it. It was you couldn't eat it. The breading on the fish was almost burnt on the outside and yet raw on the inside. The breading itself had almost no flavor. When I pointed this out to the rest to the staff I was brought a second thing of tartar sauce after about 20 minutes and it was a little bit better but still tasted like vinegar. At this point I didn't want to eat any more of the fish so I only had one and a half pieces of fish. The fries were good. The service was horrible. No coming back and checking. We did get a drink refill but there was never. How's your food you know? How's everything going? None of that. I ordered a piece of banana cream pie we were checking out and that person was extremely friendly. Very helpful. Provided a wipe and extra napkins. And he was the best experience out of the whole thing.

We went there twice on our visit. Service was poor both times but on the first visit she did come around as we were left abandoned by the host. Food on the first trip was average. The lasagna was good the burrito was not that good. Second visit the service was just non-existent. We had to flag someone down someone if we wanted anything. Wife got a waffle. It was way over cooked. I got eggs, bacon and pancakes. I had one burnt bacon and one almost raw piece. Eggs were fine. Pancakes were just not good. Had a funk taste to them. Strong aftertaste. We couldn’t finish either. We couldn’t get any help. I finally flagged down a hostess to tell our waitress to cash us out.
