  Cheeseburger was so greasy it wouldn't stay in the bun. Onion rings were either burnt or undercooked. Salad, cole slaw and wife's club were ok. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Very surprised this place has 4.9 stars. Makes me suspicious.

  Food and service were good. my wife's burger looked excellent ndf my chicken salad was fresh and good. Service was quick and friendly. The only downside was that a schizophrenic guy walked in and made us very uncomfortable. Waving his arms around and talking loudly to himself. I felt sorry for the waitress but he ordered food and apparently paid for it. I would avoid Cresent City on any future trips. It is a shame the local establishement must put up with this.

  Okay so I have tried many many times to order online and it never is open on the site. It always says online orders are closed. Does not matter what time of day it is. I try calling in to place an order and no one picks up the phone!! The food is great when you can get it, but am getting tired of trying!

  Good food (but not desert). Nice staff. Saturday night the food took an extremely long time but we liked it enough we came back the next day for lunch and we got our food pretty quickly even though the restaurant was busier. I had been excited to try their baked goods after reading about them online but that was the worst chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. It was hard as a rock on one side and raw in the middle on the other. Still giving 4 stars as the actual food was good (fried chicken, crispy chicken salad, hamburger) other than the Mac and cheese sides that were served cold both days. The coleslaw was delicious. So eat at Elise's and enjoy the food - just skip the desserts/baked goods!

  We ate here both nights while in town. The Western Burger was fantastic!! I made my husband get it on our 2nd night and he understood my hype! Super friendly staff and very clean! Also took a piece of their cheesecake back to hotel and it was delicious. Hubs had the Sydney’s Melt the first night and he said it was also very good but the Western Burger stole the show!!
