They seem too interested talking with other employees instead of helping or just don’t bother in wanting to help customers out in general. Go to different locations at this point they can’t get it together. Or just do drive thru, since that’s where all their attention seems to go. Also, don’t follow signs, just wait in line when picking up orders inside. They don’t like you reading and going where it says to go.
