- MSMya SOct 8, 20261.0Never have I’ve been to a grocery store where the cashier answers a personal phone call and had a full conversation without even apologizing for being so unprofessional. I was so shocked I thought maybe someone was playing a prank on me. No way is this standard practice? I understand if it’s an emergency but to have a regular conversation while the customer waits for you to finish so you can scan their items is not ok.

Of them behind the counter, if anyone prepared them, because she only had 4 pieces available. One said get it from the freezer if he really needs it. It’ll be ready in 8 minutes she said, without an apology. So sad, I’m not angry just extremely disappointed.

Also they tried to deliver the next day at 7pm... Called and said the manager didn't read notes. Dont place online orders here. Also talked to a guy that said he was a manager and he was super rude. Said his name was Chris C... wouldn't give last name. Even though he said he was a manager. He said no one is going to help you out, and call you back. So you better call back tomorrow and figure it out yourself.
