- RMRohan MadanMay 3, 20261.0Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. I ordered a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell and after already taking a few bites, I discovered on the bottom of the quesadilla a whole blue Band-Aid covered in blood inside it. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable. Finding blood in food is a serious health and safety issue that should never happen under any circumstances. It completely ruined my appetite and made me feel sick knowing I had already eaten part of it before noticing.
