Gino's East, Giordano's, Lou Malnati's, Pequod's, just to name a few. My credentials are impeccable! So, when I saw that OC has real Chicago pizza spot, I jumped at the chance to try it and see if we have a pretender on our hands, or do we have a place that's as real as Gavin Newsom's moral repugnance! Look, when Rance's first came onto the scene, it was right about the time I moved overseas! I had wanted to try it badly, but life didn't afford me the opportunity! I was devastated! However, thanks to Instagram, I followed Rance's and for the past 12 years have been consistently looking at their posts of pizza, wings, beer, and football, and have dreamt of the day when Rance's and I would finally meet! Well, today was that day! The dream finally became a reality! And, after shoveling each and every bite of that Chicago inspired pizza down my gullet, I can honestly report that the pizza at Rance's is elite! Phenomenal crust, fresh toppings, and a championship level mozzarella cheese pull! Rance! I honestly want to tell you that I love you! You bring purpose, truth, and joy into this world! Keep up the good work and know that I will never forget you!
