  The lack of dining area is mildly annoying but their rectangle shape pizza that you can order by the slice are creative but also tasty.

  INCONSISTENT!!! I ordered from this place and the food arrived cold and oily, I called and complained they said their policy is for drivers to have a bag, the next 2 times the food came hot and then the next time, the driver shows up with no bag and my pizzas are disgusting! Not ordering from this place again, they can’t seem to get it right!

  We’ve been to the other Prince St. Pizzas in LA and they all blew the Costa Mesa spot out of the water. The quality of pizza, the staff and the overall atmosphere are nowhere close. We watched them put a pizza in the window and the crust was legit completely black it was so burned. My husband and I both got two slices each and they just weren’t good. Not bad, but not even close to what we were expecting after visiting the LA locations. They almost seemed stale to us even though we know they were just made. The staff looked like they were ready for a nap…Whereas the staff at the other locations seemed way more animated and excited to be there making it a fun atmosphere. Maybe it was an off night….but we left disappointed. We were so excited to see a Prince St. on our way to the beach and made sure we hit it on our way home…Next time we’re in Newport, it will be a pass from us. 💔

  I only found out about Prince St. Pizza because it's part of the inKind network, so I decided to give it a try. I had the Fancy Prince and the Naughty slice, and both were excellent. Unfortunately, the checkout experience wasn't great. I wanted to use my inKind Cash Back, but the cashier didn't seem to know what inKind was or how to process the payment. She tried entering my phone number into the POS twice but couldn't find my account. I knew something was off because no inKind restaurant has ever asked me for my phone number. With the line starting to go out the door, I didn't want to hold everyone up, so I gave up and just paid with my credit card instead. This isn't meant to blame the cashier—she was doing her best. I just hope management makes sure the staff knows how to process inKind payments, especially since the restaurant is listed on the inKind app. I'd definitely come back for the pizza, but hopefully the payment process is smoother next time.
