A drive thru that's empty on Taco Tuesday at 7:30pm tells you what you need to know about this location. Have never had an issue at any other El Pollo Loco up and down the state. Cannot comment on this location's food since I could not place an order.

Staff attentive when approaching the counter. Have had issues in the past with location serving burritos with barely any protein in it but last few times the chicken burritos have been full of hot fresh chicken. Chip bags are usually not filled. Used to have napkins behind the counter but they finally added a dispencer at the drink bar. Prices are steep for a scoop of chicken with some beans and rice.
