- EGEL G2 days ago2.0Go in at 9:15 about 45 minutes before closing and only 2 others in store eating already. As I go to the counter there's nobody there to help me at first & then a guy comes over but he is just rushing me with my order to the point that I actually forgot to order additional things. That guy with the red beard sucks at customer service. 😑 The was horrible by the way because of it, so I won't go back to Chipotle again.
- DEDL EastApr 16, 20261.0Fire the manager(s) who’ve been trained and ultimately responsible for the cleanliness of their locations. This particular location is always dirty. Here’s an example of an empty store, all but one table dirty, floors are littered, rug at entry is dirty, misplaced, etc. Imagine how bad the kitchen is? Imagine the mindset of the staff to not clean up while the store is slow or in this case, empty. Enjoy the video. Will post on YouTube soon.

Last few times though they have had the music from the kitchen blasting at the same volume as the house music and it is terribly annoying and creates a very stressful atmosphere. Please, just pick one, not both! I'll either have to stop coming here on my lunch break, or only get it to go. I can't imagine that other people are ok with this 🤷
