She was kind, friendly, and prepared our food exactly as expected. Unfortunately, when I attempted to bring this positive feedback to the manager's attention, she was completely inattentive. When she did acknowledge me, her response was dismissive and she ultimately ignored my comments. I hope this helps recognizing the great work of your staff member and addressing the concerns regarding management's professionalism.
