Wish I could say anything good about this specific location because it's so close to me, but I've lived down the street for almost 3+ years and frequently try to give it a chance and it's the worst Chipotle everytime. I hope the GM sees the other poor reviews and considers improving the standards here. The quality and taste of everything is always mediocre, staff is generally unfriendly, and the inconsistencies of the food are so annoying. The steak is always bland or dry...chips are always stale - I'm overall an easy going customer, but this place just doesn't do it right and it's made me hate Chipotle. There's been a few girls who worked there that have been nice, but overall it's not a solid experience. Hoping to find a better store in Costa Mesa.

When I called chipotle to ask about my food all the did was give me a free entre and I STILL had to pay for shipping when my original order gave me free shipping. The lady was so incredibly rude. Will not be ordering from this chipotle again.

The tall skinny dude serving the food was beyond just rude and clearly doesnt want to be there. Also yall skimp so darn much for 2 burritos and a drink 40 bucks and you cant even give a good portion even when I pay for dbl and on top you ha e to be rude! Seriously?? Extremely dissatisfied.
