  I love chick fil a but this was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had. The food was pretty good like you would normally expect. However, the service and atmosphere were where things went downhill. My friend and I arrived around 8 and while we were eating our meals at 8:20, the staff began putting up all the chairs around us like the place was closing. I understand wanting to get the place clean early so you can close, but it made it feel like we were overstaying our welcome & it was still an hour and a half until closing time for the dining room. This was just a minor inconvenience and not the biggest deal honestly. The MAJOR problem, was that they closed the restroom for cleaning around 9 pm and were telling people to walk to CVS to use the restroom. I saw them turn away AT LEAST 3 people before 9:30. This especially bothered me because the dining room is “open” for you to spend your money, but closed for “our convenience”. I talked with the manager but he didn’t do anything to help the situation. All in all, I was more bothered by the dishonest business practice of basically lying to the customer saying “we’re open but also we’re not”I actually didn’t even need to use the restroom but watching a brand that is associated with kindness and customer service do such a DISSERVICE to the customer really bothered me. Never left a bad review for a chick fil a before & I will still be a customer at other stores, but I will look to avoid this location in the future.

  I had the pleasure of being served by Janelle this morning, and she truly made my visit special! From the moment I approached the counter, her warm smile and genuine friendliness instantly brightened my day. She was incredibly attentive, remembered my usual order, and even made a couple of thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be perfect. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but it was Janelle’s outstanding service that made the whole experience memorable. She handled the busy morning rush with such grace, positivity, and efficiency - it felt like she genuinely cared about making sure every customer left happy. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have such an amazing team member. Janelle, thank you for starting my day on such a high note! You’re a star ⭐️ I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I’ll be looking for you next time! Highly recommend - especially if you get to be served by Janelle!

  Nathan, the director of this store, refused to honor the promotion advertised at the previous night's Ducks game, although we logged into the app at the game and followed the directions (enabled app location access)...and also refused to speak to us directly (we had the tickets in the TM app to show). He instead told the shift lead "serving" us that we had to "contact corporate", no contact information given. The shift lead informed us this happened the last time the Ducks scored five, and Nathan told the customer (through her) the same thing. Once this was a company with Christian values,, but make no mistake, they may pretend, but this store at least doesn't live into them. *Edit: contacted corporate through app, no response. Called corporate, agent said "it's a local promotion, you have to contact the store". Stupid me for chanting "We Want Chicken" after the fourth goal and cheering the Jumbotron announcement of this offer. fool me once...

  Managment is so rude and will not listen to you long enough to understand your issues. Definitely spend the extra 10 minutes to go to the chick fila on the other side of town.
