  This is my first time experiencing Cava and everything was great. Jorge recommended the Salmon and it was beyond amazing. Thank you for this great experience I will be back soon.

  I’ve been coming to this Cava every week after my spin class and everyone is so nice and helpful. I believe the manager was the one to take my payment and she was so hospitable. Will gladly come back next week for my fix!!

  I have the best customer service experiences with this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Elisa is always so helpful and accommodating and makes me want to keep coming back to enjoy the delicious food!

  Mario and Elisa are incredible! We came in right before close and they welcomed us with open arms. 10/10 experience will absolutely be coming back. Give these guys a raise! I was having a bad day and they made me smile and raised my spirit. And they actually are a blessing to this earth and I love them.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves every bit of recognition. From the moment my family walked into CAVA on 17th Street in Costa Mesa, we were treated with a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. Elisa was nothing short of phenomenal. If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I absolutely would. She was warm, genuine, patient, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another order. You can tell she truly cares about people and takes pride in what she does. Employees like Elisa are the reason customers come back. Steve at the counter was equally outstanding—friendly, professional, and efficient. The entire team worked together seamlessly, creating an atmosphere that was welcoming, organized, and positive from start to finish. To the manager: I sincerely hope you know what an exceptional team you have. Great customer service doesn’t happen by accident—it reflects strong leadership and people who genuinely care about the customer experience. Elisa deserves recognition for going above and beyond, and Steve and the rest of the staff should be proud of the culture they’ve created. The food was fantastic, but the service is what truly set this visit apart. In a world where exceptional hospitality can be hard to find, this team reminded us what it looks like. Thank you for making our visit memorable. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be recommending this location to everyone we know.
