- EMEmily MooreSep 29, 20262.0The store itself isnt the issue, its the delivery process. The map pins my appartment at the complete opposite end of where it actually is despite the correct building and door number. Many times i have had to leave the appartment and track drivers down THEN carry all of the bags back to the appartment. why not just go to the store at that point ? really shouldnt be hard to simply match the pin to the address.
- SSStareNovaSep 21, 20261.0Pets smart in McKinley is a horrible place don’t respect the customer they don’t try to work with you and they don’t know what they’re doing. I try to make appointment for last week and every time I go to the appointment time they create more problem and five days. - MRMatthew James RoybalAug 31, 20265.0I normally don’t shop here but you guys had a GREAT deal on chicken at the deli. $5.99 for 8 pieces every Monday…now I honestly went because everyone on Reddit was talking about how good the mango habanero chicken tasted. They were 💯 right!!! It was sweet with a nice kick of spice…not too much heat. The fried chicken was cooked to perfection and I LOVE how there wasn’t a ton of breading like KFC & Popeyes. Even my Mom ate all the skin off the fried chicken which she never does. The store was clean and everyone from the guy getting carts outside to all of the workers were so friendly and nice. I remember why I use to shop at your other located on La Sierra before it closed. But you guys are worth the drive. Keep up the good work and clean store. Love your staff make sure to give them a raise for making your store feel welcoming.
