  Went in to this location to grab a bite. At the time I went in the restaurant was empty. I asked to use the restroom and there was 2 they were both locked. After entering 1 there was no toilet paper or seat liners. I asked the employee if they could restock and after a few minutes came back and said they had no toilet paper or seat covers so they had to lock the restrooms up. When I asked to use the second restroom the employee told me no that restroom is strictly for Managers. There was no sign that said employees only. They would do better to accommodate customers instead of prioritizing 1 whole restroom just for management.
