  The worker at the window was incredibly rude. No greeting, no eye contact, didn’t offer a drink carrier for 3 drinks, and didn’t give me a receipt. He stuck his arm out the window with 3 straws without saying a word or even looking at me.

  Had their Oreo Cheesecake Shake and it was Yummy! Also got my fave pretzel w cheese which is always yummy , perfect size snack, and still priced at $2.39

  This by far is the worst location I have ever visited. I have come here a few times in the last several weeks and every single time they give me a drink that hasn’t no flavor literally water, they should already know their own Signature drinks I don’t know if it’s intentional or they just don’t care. Working there you should know what their drinks are Let alone what they are supposed to look like. One time the girl wanted to argue me down about the drink was right, but when I told her it taste like water And showed her on the picture that it was a completely different color from what it shows she just gave a blank stare nvr Apologized. I had to even get a manager to give me a refund because the others were so rude about it. That was the initial point I visited now this is my third time since then in addition to and every time they’ve had to either take my drink back to give me the right size or it was the wrong drink altogether, last time I went there, they came out with the completely wrong size and wrong drink. She went back to get the right drink still came back with the wrong size. Then when I told her I had an RT 44 she brought me back a RT half full… Or like now, I’m calling to get them to answer the phone because the drink is wrong and of course no one’s answering. It’s blood red color, but a flamingo has cream meaning the white cast.. It taste straight like water! How was no sugar added or the white cream?.. This location needs to hire all new people or needs to be shut down. Every single time my order is wrong is crazy. Every other one I visit in the area always has everything on point.. I uploaded photos showing what I received versus what I was supposed to get
