  I ordered a hamburger and it took almost 30 minutes to get the food. When I opened my burger, there was No lettuce. I had only removed the cheese and pickles. I called the register through the drive-in kiosk to complain and the employee nonchalantly told me they ran out of lettuce. Seriously?? What fast food joint runs out of lettuce??? He gave me a fake apology and said they should have told us before we ordered. I had ordered on the app and there was no warning on there. So, I had a half-baked burger that took way too long to get. I probably won't ever go to Sonic again because they don't believe in being honest with a customer nor taking any steps to rectify THEIR mistake. Should have gone to McD's as originally planned. SMH

  Sonic Drive-In has amazing onion rings and cheese fingers—so delicious and crispy! The food is always fresh and made quickly. Prices are affordable for any budget, and the overall experience is great. Definitely recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
