  Didn't catch her name but lady was rude. She had a "i dont wanna talk to you" attitude. The guy in front me his order wasnt ready and he was told "I'll get to it when i get to it". She also made my large instead of a medium and got upset at me when I asked for the large. Had to wait 30 mins past pick up time for the remake. My whole lunch break is only 30 mins...

  I stopped by Pizza Hut intending to place an order, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. There was no menu available for customers to look at, which made it difficult to even figure out what I wanted to order. I asked for assistance, but instead of being helpful, the employee came across as rude and impatient. I understand that employees can have busy or stressful days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I was simply trying to see what was available and place an order, and the interaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing the employee by asking questions. Because of the lack of a menu and the way I was treated, I ultimately decided not to order anything and left. It’s disappointing because I came in fully intending to spend money there, but the customer service completely changed my mind. Hopefully management can address the customer service issue and consider having an accessible menu available for customers. A little patience and basic friendliness can go a long way in creating a better experience.

  I couldn’t even order my food and the lady who was taking my order kept changing up my order and the price of everything I don’t recommend this service.
