  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & INCOMPETENT staff and owner who don't stand behind promises and getting customer service right. Placed an online order with a delivery time a few hours out. Pizza is late by almost an hour. When I call to find out what's going on... they tell me they had a rush, but it will be there soon... it was the delivery service who is late. I express to them that I don't want cold food. They tell me it won't be. When it finally arrives, of course, it's cold. I call them back and am told they will refund my order and give me the same order for free in the future. I only need to mention my phone number and name when I call the branch directly to get the free order. I attempt this three weeks later and am told they can't/wont honor it because they already gave a refund?! They then have the audacity to be perturbed that I'm perturbed. I ask to speak to a manager, and one gets on the phone, only later in the conversation to tell me that the manager isn't in.. c'mon?! They tell me manager will be in the next day in the morning, and I need to call then. I call in, and am told again they won't honor their promise. Won't give me their name either..., so I doubt it's really a manager. I'm told they will call the owner to find out if they can fulfill the promise and supposedly the owner says nope. I'm a local business owner... I don't need free pizza and wings, but if I'm made a promise by a business, I expect it to be fulfilled. That's how I operate. This branch doesn't believe in customer service though. They prefer lying to cover up incompetence. Only good thing to come of this is one less choice in the future when ordering pizza for the kids.

  Ordered online thru papa John’s app and added ranch . Didn’t receive ranch and called the store Got a super clueless and rude manager named Valentina who says she doesn’t see it and Iam lying?! I ask her multiple times to look at the order and print it out to check and she says Iam lying We go round and round I keep telling her I see it clearly showing in the app and happy to send her a screenshot I asked to speak with a manager and she says she is the manager. Omfg so I ask her shoe she reports to and she says someone named Strauss who is never available apparently and no way to talk to him She tells me they’re a franchise so I asked for a franchise owner name and she refuses to give that She goes to say that she’s the best Manager and that I’m having an attitude and apparently I should not because she’s the one that’s here to rescue the day Don’t mind the fact that I just paid for an order online for delivery that did not show up the way it was supposed to She refused to refund the delivery fee or anything else After about 20 minutes of arguing with her, and I asked her again to go print it out and she did and magically she sees that there was ranch So she offers a partial refund on the garlic bread Absolutely ridiculous. If the franchise owner happens to be reviewing this, I suggest you find better employees. It’s ridiculous. I would never order from Papa John’s again. Too bad it’s the weekend otherwise on Monday I’m going to call the Corporate number and formally complain to them about this trash franchise. They need their franchise license revoked And no Valentina you are far from a good manager. You are the reason for this escalation. Being a manager means you should be working on ensuring customers are happy and resolving problems in a positive way not accusing customers of lying and not throwing an attitude. Anyone considering ordering from this location please do not. Save yourself the grief and choose alternatives
