  Horrible McDonald’s they don’t pay attention to orders, every time I order the sausage McMuffin with egg and always get no egg and no cheese I hate paying for more than what I get if I wanted a plain muffin with sausage I would order that ugh it’s so disappointing and it’s the closest to my office but it’s happened too many times now I won’t be going anymore

  3/7/26 8:45 am First McDonald I ever go to and had the worst experience . Really really bad customer service. They cancelled my food for no reason. That Asian woman that had a blue shirt 👕 just said you will get a refund ,your order is cancelled. I was like why? She said I don’t know why it was . She couldn’t give me an explanation and just went to help someone else that was waiting in the register for 15 min to order while I waited for my food 20 min and didn’t get anything. They really need to get better people working there. They waisted 20 min of my morning and I wasn’t the only one unhappy with the service they give in the restaurant. I do hope I get my money back.
