  Waited an hour for our food. After asking multiple times, they said they'd make it right away. We never received it. At one point about 20 people were waiting at the counter and not a single person in the restaurant was eating food. One person in front of me waited over an hour. Terrible experience, do not come here.

  Went through drive thru they have two lanes but they only take one order at a time. They didnt have the new drinks only certain ones, and a very long wait time

  This McDonald's is very busy, fries were decent and the drive thru moved quickly! The lady at window was loud and unhappy like a middle school cafeteria worker..🤪😆

  I think your night crew needs more training. They don't realize that by giving the 4 digit code from the McDonald app, it maybe connected to a payment method that makes your meal automatically paid for. I showed them the app and even the notification of the banking app that it's been paid for... And yes... i got humiliated and was even got spoken down to by both the shift manager and the staff.... They were both saying that I needed a different code. And after they triple checked... they saw the receipt on their end that it's already paid for. No sorry no apologies... nothing. Just them bringing all their frustrations on a guy paying for a meal. They just made a willing patron feel like someone that didn't pay. Maybe next time they shouldn't jump to conclusions real quick. ..... awful.

  Was waiting at the drive thru speaker about 25minutes waiting after ordering on the app. Was then told that they would be with us in a minute just to not have anyone get back to us, I even tried getting their attention by speaking out multiple times. Had to drive up to the window to tell them my code after waiting another couple of minutes for anyone to get to the us. Literally had my entire allotted lunch time wasted on waiting to be attended to. And also to add to this, I did a mobile order for it, I had ordered since 1 and my lunch was at 1:30 and didn’t get my order till 2:04
