Put in an online order for delivery, and after an hour and 4+ ignored phone calls, decided to go and get it ourselves. 2 workers "very busy" with 3 tickets moving at a snail's pace. I understand staff shortages can affect ticket times, but no customer service skills, ignored phone calls, and no sense of pace is unacceptable. Plus, all 3 sandwiches were incorrect in one way or another. (Even double checked our reciept to make sure the modifications were on it). Not the first time we've had issues with this location, but this one will be the last. It's fine, Jersey Mike's is down the street.
