- GMGhalia MohderMay 28, 20261.0Terrible experience. First of all, their donut prices have skyrocketed tremendously all while the size of the donuts keeps shrinking. Their selection is very dismal and despite coming in the morning, the donuts were not very fresh. What really bothered me this morning was the atrocious service and attitude of one of their employees. I pledged to get donuts for my daughter’s class party and ordered two dozen donuts plus 4 extras to account for her class size and her teacher. When I asked if she can put the 4 extra donuts in a separate small box, she refused saying “they don’t offer small boxes” I was shocked at the rudeness after having paid over $50 for donuts l. I ended up having to buy another half dozen (instead of 4) so I can have the pleasure of getting a cheap box that probably costs them less than 1 cent. In the past I have had employees that were nice and when I purchased a dozen, they would allow me to split them into two half dozen boxes if needed, but this time, I was flabbergasted by the level of stinginess and poor customer service, especially for someone spending so much to patronize ur business. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.
