  I ordered an alfredo pizza with chicken & onion this evening from the Dominos on Green River. It's been a long week, and I had no idea our pizza was missing the chicken until my Wife asked why I ordered an onion only pizza! Lol. I called the store, and politely explained that about halfway through our pizza, my Wife pointed out that it was missing rhe chicken. The guy who answered didn't apologize or offer any solutions, he simply said he can issue me a store credit. (Full transparency, I only paid $2.20 for the pizza because I had points since I routinely order pizza from Dominos for my employees. But at this point given his bad attitude, it was nist about the principle.) So I asked if he'd be able to re-make it, or if that wasn't an option, I asked if I could bring the other half down to the store so they could add some chicken to the other half. He replied saying, "For a number of reasons, he couldn't add chicken or make me a new pizza with chicken." I asked why, if I was originally able to order a chicken pizza. He said, "Alright.... we'll just re-make your order. It'll be ready in 10 mins." At this point, he sounded mad at ME, as if I had incovenienced him 🤣 In a final attempt to lighten the mood and salvage the pizza I had originally hoped to enjoy, I jokingly asked if my new pizza was going to be okay, and I just wanted to make sure they weren't going to mess with it. He apparently didn't find it funny because he didn't respond. So I told him to just forget it, and ended the call. Wild times ya'll. Coming from a Millenial, things just aren't the way they used to be 🤣

  Horrible experience I normally order from this location and everything's perfect this time I ordered Give my credit card number and they said 26 to 36 minutes. An hour and a 1/2 later I called to find out where my pizzas atAnd the guy says he doesn't have the order And has the ball's to give me attitude Horrible customer service this time

  this was a horrible experience. I order regularly through this location. although today was different. I placed an order online. order was made and quality checked at 1:29pm and sat for another 30mim. So my wings, pizza and desert are sitting underneath headlamps for that period of time. I then call about my concerns and the associate that answers explained he is a driver and the manager is out and she really doesn't take initiative when seeing these kinds of issues. I then called back once my delivery arrived after a additional 1520min. Then I call back speak with the manager and she says I will credit you for a pizza, then says the whole order after I explain i am a regular. Food arrives cold, I take a bite of the pizza and nice piece of dark brown hair. I call back to advise them of my additional findings and the guy that answers the phone says she's already gave you felree food on the next order what more do you want? ahhh ok so my concerns are not valid. Let see how corporate likes this. BTW this is the location on green river Rd in corona ca.
