  Sad to give a poor review. This is a coffee and tea shop, per their store name but their matcha latte and chai tea latte are not made in house and come from powder mixes. 1 star. Also their gluten free ube cookie has a grainy texture. 1 star. On a positive note, the ambiance is ok and the servers are nice.

  I visited this coffee spot for the first time. I loved my drink. I got the match ice tea next time i will be adding cold foam. Matcha was so good.

  I generally liked Crave's coffee and their lattes. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've gone in they have messed up my order (usually making the cup smaller than I ordered. Today was the last straw as I said something to the barista that "Oh, I had ordered a large" and was told that "Well, you were rung in for a medium" -- They didn't offer to remake the correct size drink or try to talk to the other employee (currently at the register with a line) to try to see if she rung it in wrong. Unfortunately this wasn't the first time they messed up and I will no longer be coming here for my coffee. I didn't even receive a "sorry, let me fix this for you."

  I felt racially profiled here. I was the only African American here while everyone else was white. The barista got my coffee wrong TWICE. It was just a vanilla latte. I heard them mumbling words under their breath each time I told them my coffee was wrong. I will not be back!
