  Took my sister out in a lunch date!! Great place to dine. The food and service we wonderful. Our waitress Ainsley was so sweet & she had recommended some great choices off the menu!! Highly recommend the Nutella beignets! Will definitely come back for more!🤤

  The server, Jose was very attentive and caring to my needs and wants. Jose was very patient. He constantly checked in if I needed anything. He recommended a food item. Jose did not disappoint me.The food was delicious. Because of José service, I’m definitely coming back. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you Jose.

  Poor customer service , not the place to take your family if your a party of 5 or more. They wanted to charge me for my toddler to take a seat who doesn’t even eat sea food . Owner said via telephone & then verbally repeated by staff “if you don’t like it leave “ while server smiled and laughed . I’ll gladly take my money somewhere worth spending . I don’t pay gratuities to businesses and people like this . Keep your empty seats , as there was only 1 other customer there. May you have the day you deserve . Went to Crab Haus in Riverside , Absolutely amazing service Highly recommend (5 stars) & with pleasure tipped 20% .

  Amazing experience at Crab N Spice! We were seated right away, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. José was our server and honestly made the entire experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s rare these days to come across this level of genuine customer service, and José absolutely deserves the recognition! Great food + outstanding service = an easy 5 stars. We’ll definitely be coming back to Crab N Spice, and hopefully we get José again! 🙌🦀

  My family and I had an okay experience, but the service could have been better. It was my husband, our two teenage daughters, our autistic two-year-old daughter, and me. Our toddler has strong food-texture sensitivities. We ordered the all-you-can-eat option for four people and a separate basket of popcorn chicken for our two-year-old. Unfortunately, the chicken was not crunchy, so she did not eat it. We left the full basket on the table. Our bill was $327 before gratuity. After gratuity was added, the total was $427. When I asked why we were charged gratuity, even though only four people ate the all-you-can-eat meal, we were told it was because our toddler sat at the table. We explained that she did not eat any of the food and only sat there watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, but they still counted her. The server then became rude and said, “Didn’t you order the chicken for her?” I reminded him that I had explained she was autistic and might not eat because of her texture sensitivities. The untouched chicken was still on the table, and the cameras could confirm that she did not eat. His response was, “Oh well, are you ready to pay?” My husband paid the bill, but families with young children or children with special needs should be aware of this policy. Even if your child does not eat from the all-you-can-eat meal, you may still be charged simply because they are sitting at the table. I was especially disappointed by the server’s rude and dismissive attitude when we tried to explain the situation. I will stick with going to the one in Vegas or Carson.
