  This review is for the Ontario Ave location in Corona CA. Went in for (2) bowls and got tortillas on the side. Upon being rung up, I questioned why I was being charged for the tortillas when a burrito is the same food and price (contents + tortilla). The manager kept interrupting me when I was trying to make my point and then started arguing with me. He didn't care that I was right, just that it's 'their policy'. Ridiculous business mentality and service.

  Online ordering was easy, food is of good quality and fresh tasting. I liked there was a spot up front to run in and grab our online order. However, the online order shelf is not used. I went in and it was empty so I waited close by for them to put it on the shelf and then someone noticed me waiting and asked if I was here for a pickup, then gave me my order from a group of bags sitting behind the counter. Just remove the shelf or add a sign to ask for your order if you dont want to use the shelf.

  Me and my family came into Chipotle after just coming back from Los Angeles . We decided to stop to get food on way home. Once we got to the counter to order our food there was an employee busy mopping didn't even acknowledge that there was a customer at the counter. We had to wait for another employee to come up to the counter and help served us. We decided to eat in biggest mistake that most of the tables were not even clean or they had food scraps all over the table. It more better to take out than eat in. They were not even busy. What are the employee doing that they cant even keep the restaurant clean. I don't even live in Corona but there are other Chipotle has more better service than this location.

  I’ve been to many Chipotle Mexican Grill locations over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place. It’s been a while since my last visit and this location completely put me off. The dining area was unacceptable. Almost every table was dirty and only a couple had been cleaned. The bathrooms were in terrible condition with paper all over the floor. The prep counter looked just as bad with food scattered everywhere, like no one had cleaned it in a long time. The grill itself looked extremely dirty. What really shocked me was watching employees drop items on the floor right in front of customers and then continue using them. That’s not just careless, it’s concerning. On top of that, the portions were noticeably small. It felt like they were being stingy just to avoid doing the work. This place seriously feels like it hasn’t been inspected in a long time. Definitely not the standard I expect from Chipotle.

  I’ve been to this location multiple times, and it’s always the same employee serving the food. He is very skimpy with portions and doesn’t seem to care about providing decent service. I politely mentioned that it’s not about extra meat, but about being fair and professional for what customers are paying. Instead, he asked if I wanted extra meat, which completely missed the point. The food itself was okay, nothing special. The burrito was soggy, and I had stomach discomfort shortly after eating. Overall, a disappointing experience that needs improvement in both service and food quality.
