Burritos are balled together and not properly rolled, quesadillas show up as a complete wad of tortilla with a sad amount of cheese and protein. Go to another store if you must have chipotle. Grill was extremely dirty, and line was a mess as well. This one falls short when it comes to quality and integrity.

Upon being rung up, I questioned why I was being charged for the tortillas when a burrito is the same food and price (contents + tortilla). The manager kept interrupting me when I was trying to make my point and then started arguing with me. He didn't care that I was right, just that it's 'their policy'. Ridiculous business mentality and service.
