After that, I saw her in the back cleaning trays for the remainder of the time I was waiting where she could also see she waiting for the order. I tried to get someone else's attention for help, but no one would make eye contact or acknowledge me. After waiting about another 10 minutes, a different employee was checking the completed orders, found mine, and finally called it out. I'm not sure how long the order had been sitting there, but it appears it may have been ready while I was waiting. I understand that things get busy, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the difficulty getting assistance. A simple update or acknowledgment would have made a big difference.
