  Great food and a cozy atmosphere make it a nice spot to grab a quick bite. However, I found the service a bit slow during my last visit, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it's a solid choice for a casual meal or coffee with friends.

  I am a regular customer and came in today in a great mood. The lady who took my order was incredibly kind and even helped me in another language. Later, another very sweet Panera employee kindly packed my items in a to-go bag. However, a person who identified himself as the manager, named Zach, completely ruined my visit and destroyed the great teamwork of his staff. My order (#118220) clearly stated I wanted the French baguette side, but he gave me chips. When I politely pointed out the mistake and showed my receipt, he got visibly annoyed. When I asked for my receipt back, he got even madder, slammed the bread onto my plate, and aggressively ripped it apart with his bare hands. I had to throw my food away due to his lack of hygiene and aggressive attitude; nobody deserves to receive their food like that. When I told him his behavior was unacceptable, he rolled his eyes, mocked me, and in less than 5 seconds, unjustly called mall security (Allied Universal) to try and get me kicked out. Fortunately, the security officer was very professional and kind, understood the context, confirmed I did absolutely nothing wrong, and just made sure I was okay. It is incredibly disappointing how the excellent service from the rest of the team ends up ruined at the moment of food delivery. I don't know if it's due to a lack of staff or poor stress management, but Zach clearly has absolutely no idea how to treat a customer. I demand corporate reviews the CCTV footage from today (May 18) between 10:45 AM and 11:00 AM. I have the receipt and video of the aftermath.

  Went here the other day with my wife for a grilled cheese because they were offering a special. The cashier was super nice and knowledgeable. She helped us choose our drinks choice which was the Strawberry...refresher. We both ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered the tomato soup and my wife ordered the chicken noodle soup. We both ordered it in a cup. We chose to dine in. Oh..I bought a tulip cookie as well lol. Our food was ready in less than 5 mins. However, upon eating it, I realized both my sandwich and soup was cold. I took it back. Although they made it over...initially one of the employees at the cooking/preparation station tried to point me to the microwave so that I coups hear my food that I just got from him.. up. Like the nerve of him for even mentioning it to me. If I just got my food, it should have been hot. Thankful for the other employee who stated he would make it over. He also have me a pastry for free. I really appreciated him. Once I got my HOT food, the entire meal was enjoyable at that point. I would go back here again
