This was my first time visiting a Jamba Juice and I can’t remember ever feeling less welcome. The employees were sullen and miserable. The drink was adequate. I won’t be back . If you hate your job, find another line of work .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This has definitely become one of our favorite Jamba Juice locations, and we've been to quite a few around the area. I wish I remembered their names, but I especially want to recognize the young man who works mornings, wears glasses and has a beard, and the young lady with semi-long hair. They are always extremely helpful, friendly, and have fantastic attitudes. They'll probably know exactly who is writing this when I say: Orange Dream Machine with an extra scoop of orange sherbet and an extra scoop of yogurt! Let's face it—when you're spending $25–$35 for a couple of drinks, it's not exactly cheap. But great customer service makes a huge difference. Seeing these two working and being greeted with such positive attitudes makes it easy to keep coming back and spending our money here. A big shout-out to both of you! Sorry I don't remember your names, but your great service definitely hasn't gone unnoticed. Keep up the fantastic work!

Very good, especially the Peanut Butter Moo'd that my bf ordered me once with coconut milk. This time I ordered in the app. Ordered the Aloha Pinapple but definitely didn't expect them so expensive. Was expecting $7 or so for the small, not $9 🫨 since this was my 1st time ordering.

I’ve come here three times now for an acai bowl. The quality is pretty average—nothing special, but okay. The main reason I’ve returned is simply because it’s close to where I’m temporarily staying. The service has consistently felt indifferent. No smiles, no real sense of welcome. Today’s experience was especially disappointing. I walked in at 7:25 PM, even though the shop closes at 8:00. Two employees were already cleaning up, which felt early. When I asked for a bowl, I was told, “We’re not making bowls anymore today.” I left confused and honestly a bit frustrated. If you’re open, you should be serving your full menu—especially that far ahead of closing time.
