  Great Customer Service! Drinks were made to perfection! Minimal wait time due to organized staff. Will definitely prioritize visiting this location when in the area.

  Another great Dutch Bros location. Very busy when I got there. Two lines of cars in the drive thru and a few people picking up mobile orders at the windows like me. It still moved very fast for the amount of people ordering. My drink was excellent and the service was stellar as usual at a Dutch Bros.

  My husband and I visisted this Dutch Bros location today. We drove an hour because this is the closest location to where we are staying from work. This location gives Dutch Bros a bad reputation. So very slow and no personality. It should not take 45 minutes in the drive through. We only drink Dutch Bros coffee and visit different locations often. Other locations that are this busy run smoothly, but this location is definitely lacking. We will not return to this location while we are out of state

  Always love Dutch Bros., but I really liked this one in particular today. I must have misunderstood what the lady was asking me when I thought I ordered a hot coffee. When I got to the front of the line, the guy repeated my order as a frozen drink instead of a hot coffee. I then realized my mistake, and the guy goes “no worries! We will make you a hot one on the fly”. Dude then asked how my day was going, what my plans for the day was, etc. Just that extra step of friendliness and customer service goes a long way.

  I wouldn’t recommend this location. This was my first time visiting, and the traffic flow was very confusing. The lines were short, so I pulled into what appeared to be the second available line. After waiting, an employee approached me, greeted me, and then informed me that the line actually started near Taco Bell and that I had unintentionally cut in front of two cars. I asked how a first-time customer was supposed to know that, especially when the other line looked shorter and there were no signs or staff directing traffic. I was told that using the shorter line would block vehicles exiting the drive-thru. To me, that sounds like a design issue that should be addressed by management, not something customers should be expected to figure out on their own. The situation was honestly pretty embarrassing. If the traffic pattern is that important, there should be clear signage or someone helping direct vehicles. There was no way for me to know whether those cars were waiting for this business or for Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve from there. My order was not taken correctly, and the food/service was not the best. Between the confusing traffic setup, the embarrassing interaction, and the order issues, this will likely be my last visit to this location.
