- EVEd VlMay 12, 20261.0I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but at this location I came to buy food around 8:36 PM on Monday, 05/11/2026, and I ordered a quesadilla. The first girl was nice, but the second one seemed angry while helping customers. She is a short woman. I asked her for a cup for water, and she told me they didn’t have any, but in a very rude way. On the receipt, her name appears as Faviola. I don’t know why you work there if you don’t like providing customer service.

On two separate visits, they were out of basic staple items; first chicken, and another time white rice. These aren’t specialty ingredients; they’re core menu items, and being out of them more than once shows poor planning and management. What made things worse was the customer service. Both times, the employees came across as rude and unprofessional; making unnecessary faces and not even attempting to be cordial. There was no effort to communicate clearly or offer alternatives in a helpful way. At the register, it also seemed like staff weren’t properly trained, as the checkout process was slow and disorganized. I understand that restaurants can have off days, but this feels like a pattern rather than a one-time issue. Between the lack of key ingredients and the poor service, it’s hard to justify coming back. I hope management takes a closer look at both inventory management and staff training, because this location has a lot of room for improvement. And it is so sad to think that we have other great chipotle areas nearby but the one in Todos Los Santos SUCKS!
