When I moved to this area 2-3 years ago, I would only go to this chipotle location and everytime I would get a horrible bout of food poisoning. I thought Chipotle may have just changed their ingredients so for years I’d avoid it. But recently I tried a chipotle in another area since I’ve moved again and I didn’t get sick at all. So I tried other locations and no matter what I ordered, I didn’t get sick once. Just today, I decided to go back to this location and when I got home and opened my food- the chicken they served me was legitimately undercooked. It was very pink, soft, and also cold. The outside was cooked but the inside was absolutely pink, cold, and gummy. I very quickly got a refund through DoorDash. I now understand that it was never chipotle making me sick, it was this specific chipotle that was making me sick.

The staff seemed rushed and not very helpful. The restaurant also wasn’t very clean. I hope they improve their service because I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Brandon the manger, he is the worst manager I have ever talked to he’s so disrespectful and he always over charged me he shouldn’t be a manger last time I was there he kicked me out because I was asking for a refund because the food was cold, worst experience ever never going back there and I hope they fire him.
