Wish it wasn’t so dam expensive make sure you get the app and check in each time for points. Eventually can score a “free” entree if you’re a regular.

Today's issue was boneless wings instead of bone-in for the kid's meal, as advertised; both orders were minimally sauced, and my husband said his wings seemed small. And of course, if you call the restaurant, they tell you to go through DD for resolution; if you call DD, they tell you to contact the restaurant.

I came in with just myself and my infant daughter, and every time we were barely acknowledged or greeted. It honestly felt like we were easy to overlook because it was “just a mom and a baby.” There was little to no communication from the staff, and friendliness was completely lacking. On top of that, the food consistently took over 30 minutes to arrive—and when it did, it was often lukewarm at best. This location completely ruined the experience for me. More than anything, it made me feel overlooked and unimportant as a customer. I won’t be returning.
