  La peor experiencia de mi vida, llega uno muy amable, la señora se porto un poco grosera se veia forzado que me quiso tratar bien, muy desesperada, vine solo por las cajas de toy story, me cobro 3 pizzas por 30 dolares ya se me asia caro y para el colmo la abri, la caja es de tamaño 10 y me dio unas cochinaditas de pizza, aparte de una le dije pimiento y cebolla y me dio aceitunas que asco.

  So I ordered a pizza for pick-up. When I got there, it was sealed but I still opened it and checked it. I asked where the jalapeno was and the lady told me it's inside under the cheese. I asked for something I can use to dig into the pizza and when i inspected, there were no jalapenos. So she flat out lied to me. There were green bell peppers, but I know the difference between the two. She had the girl make me another one. She saw I was in uniform and maybe that I was in a hurry, so when I got my new one, I didn't check this time b/c I figure they would've been more careful. I asked if I can still have the one they messed up on since they might throw it away and she said they already took it out of the box and that they were picky about some print (whatever that means) so I'm like...Ok, whatever. When I got to my station at work, I saw my jalapenos, but this time no pepperoni. So 1) I was lied to about the jalapenos, 2) then they forgot the pepperonis so now they messed up on both pizzas (the original and the redo) and 3) she could've made up for it by giving me that original pizza as a compensation.

  Ordené en línea dos pizzas obvio diferentes, y me mandaron las dos iguales, ya con esta es la segunda vez que hacen eso, deberían de prestar más atención en las órdenes que se hacen, si compré dos es porque las quería diferentes, no iguales, y a la hora de llamar dan la opción de hablar con el manager y lo dejan a uno sin atender la llamada, me transfirieron al restaurante y lo mismo, nunca contestaron 😡😡😡😡

  The worst , they never answer calls !!! I'll just stick to dominos or pizza hut. They don't care about customer service. Called to cancel and got directed to a third party number and they said they had to make sure they never answered before canceling. Terrible service.
