  I’m convinced this location is running a social experiment to see how much patience the average customer has. Every visit is slower than the last, the atmosphere feels awkward, and the employees act like you’re asking them to solve world hunger instead of making a smoothie. For what Jamba Juice charges these days, you’d think customer service would come with the drink. Apparently not. I won’t be back. There are too many other places willing to take my money and pretend they’re happy I showed up.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the same issue keeps happening. Every time I’ve come in, the employees start making my order and only afterward tells me they’re out of one of the main ingredients. This has happened with both an açaí bowl and a smoothie, and it’s happened to the person I was with as well. The worst part is the employee Katie still charges the full price even though your order is missing an ingredient you paid for. They don’t offer a discount, an extra ingredient, or let you change your order beforehand. The atmosphere also isn’t very welcoming, customers are rarely greeted when they walk in, instead they just stare at you with a serious face. They also never seem to have receipt paper, even when you request a printed receipt. Customers should be told about missing ingredients before their order is made.

  It really depends on who's working. About 99% of the staff needs to be retrained on food handling, cross contamination is a real thing. Others needs to know what to charge for substitution vs extra.
