  When I received my order everything in the order was cold, not warm but cold!! And my quac & chip were not there. I called and spoke to Efrain, the manager. He told me to write his name on the receipt and bring it into the store and he'll replace my order. Cool. Guess what, checked the bag and there's no receipt!🤨 Please do better, because now I have no dinner. There are always problems with this location. Someone needs to fix this. Debra Phillips

  Nosotros no somos de comer comida picante y cuando pedimos salsas siempre nos aseguramos que no piquen... La persona que nos atendió le valió y nos puso salsa picosa, además pague por bebida grande y me entregó pequeña y ni hablar de su actitud. Pésimo servicio!

  They always mess up my drive thru order. I was loud and clear through the speaker. I got home to eat my delicious meal and opened my boxes of food. It’s not even the combo I ordered. I asked for the 3 piece meal, with Mac and cheese & rice w/ coke zero. I got a 2 piece meal, beans, salad, and sprite. How do you mess up that badly. Very disappointed. To even top it off I left them off the hook the first two times they messed up my order because there was a rush, this is my last time coming. How do you mess up an order so badly. Don’t come here. At least not on Thursdays at 2pm.
