  Ive been going to this one regularly for the past 7 years and the service and food quality has steadily gone down hill. The servers dont care to be there and the food quality is bare minimum. For fast food being priced as high as el Pollo sells it for you would expect at least above average fast food and its not. Ive been here before several times and there is no chicken.....NO Chicken ?? Its El Polo Loco isn't that their main meat ? Anyhow beware when going to this location I dont post reviews often but after numerous occasions of having lack luster food and service I feel the need to let others know how bad this location is.

  This place needs an immediate inspection. Mold and mildew along the sofa machine. The tables and floors are always dirty. Tables and counter tops are sticky. The staff always has an attitude even when I ask for something politely. I will not come back to this location. If I was the manager, I would have someone clean the lobby immediately!!!

  I normally like coming here and it’s normally great. But it took 20 minutes in the drive through which is wild. I’m hoping the staff is properly staffed. What is unfortunate is i asked for extra salsa for my BRC burrito and got 0. That’s what I get for not checking the bag.

  The one in compton town center is nasty the food is cold and the employee are rude.
