That was only after we stood there watching them for 5 minutes that they started our order. Never once acknowledging we were there. I've done drive through and I don't have complains about that. Maybe different employees. Not sure. But if I see those 2 guys inside again, never again. I'll walk right back out. BTW our drink weren't made right after all that.

I came into this Dunkin’ with my 22-year-old child, using a cane and eventually having to sit down because I could no longer stand comfortably. We initially waited about 20 minutes to be helped, while customers who arrived after us were served. I eventually used the kiosk, thinking that was the process, but even after placing the order, we waited another 23 minutes while other customers received their orders. That’s nearly 43 minutes total for a box of 12 donuts. During this time, several employees appeared to notice us, laugh, and talk to each other, but still did not assist us. When I finally asked how much longer our order would take, an employee immediately said, “I got you,” and appeared to know exactly who I was despite us having waited so long. I never yelled or caused a scene. I was frustrated, but I remained respectful, especially because I was there with my 22-year-old child. What bothered me most was feeling deliberately ignored and embarrassed while I was visibly struggling to stand and walk. Given my condition, the way this situation was handled was extremely upsetting. I expect basic courtesy and customer service from any business. Unfortunately, this experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.
