  Very disappointed with the customer service at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an order online and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn't even prepared. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes after the app said it was ready. It seems like orders are being marked as "ready" automatically before they're actually completed, which is extremely misleading and wastes customers' time. When I asked for an update, I was either told, "We'll get to it," or asked to wait another 10 minutes, despite already waiting and standing in a long line. I understand that businesses get busy, but customers deserve accurate order status updates and honest communication. Marking orders as ready when they aren't creates frustration and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I hope management addresses this issue and improves both customer service and order accuracy.

  Utterly disappointed 65 dollars for this!!! A flat bread pizza and 16 wings... pizza hut should be ashamed for putting out this type of product...

  They ran out of pizza dough and smirked about it when I walked in. And lied saying they tried calling and never did.

  The manager Marc was with a handicap customer and he was getting frustrated because the man couldn't really speak well and his hands were almost of no use you you see Marc getting agitated and upset the he was taking time on that order then he slammed the change in the counter knowing that man couldn't get it so I stepped in and placed the change in the man's hand if you're going to work in customer service you have to have patience understanding this man was completely handicapped in a wheelchair could hardly move and he was treated with so much disrespect

  so i understand when under staff poor girl was all by herself so i get the stress of the whole situation i was once in that position but to lie to customers it’s gonna be 40-50mins was a lie and wrong i was waiting for my pizzas and the lies that i seen her in action she only had 4 orders and was done with all by the time she was done with my 2 orders and first of all she was all mad cuz i ordered online and forgot to add pepperoni on one order cuz i did multiple orders for my kids anyways i didn’t even pay yet so i expected her to fix the minor issue she did but had so much attitude talking about order rite next time by next time they won’t fix it so i said my bad, the point of this she’s rude and lies to customers about time frame of being made and hoping the customers change they’re mind after her telling them how long it’s gonna be and when they say ok she gets a bigger attitude listen Ashley if you can’t handle the work please get you a new job that way you don’t gotta take whatever your going through on customers that’s all, you did your thang i respect that but don’t get mad it’s your job! if you don’t like it nobody likes they’re job but you really don’t so i suggest this ain’t for you to get you a job where it don’t bring out your anger so easily it’s easy work you young people think the easiest jobs are so hard is crazy….
