- BLbobby loredoAug 11, 20261.0Ordered pizza from here and didn’t realize that the app changed my order from delivery to pick up. I didn’t pick up the pizza but this location marked as I did, called them the next day the employee on the phone told me the order that I put in and said let me talk to my higher up. Then told me my payment would be refunded to me, when I asked how long will it take he replied about 3/5 business days then said if not then just dispute it with my bank like if he wasn’t going to attempt to try and refund me. I waited one week and never got my refund but they sure as hell took the money. So I had to call my bank today to dispute the charge and now I have to wait another 3/5 days possibly a month my bank said to get my money back. Smh yea probably not gonna order from them again which sucks cause I like their pizza.

Customers we're leaving because the wait was to long. The worker was extremely nice and I felt bad for her. There should at least be 2 workers always.

Their delivery service is terrible, and they take an excessive amount of time to fulfill orders. Furthermore, they do not prepare orders correctly—I have yet to receive an order that matches exactly what I requested
