- DDDavidAug 24, 20261.0I visited this store at 6:30pm on 08/24 and the cashier (female) on heaphones was SCREAMING here and there and back and forth. When calling my order, She did NOT include napkins on my order tray, and the main counter's source was also OUT of napkins. Then She repeatedly ignored I was waiting at the counter asking for napkins until the manager noticed my frustration and he came over to help. The cashier was Very unprofessional.

- DODayana OlmosJun 8, 20261.0A few minutes ago we went with my boyfriend to that restaurant for two toasts, nachos and flan from the beginning that served us the person who did not have an identification plate but was at the window was an elderly person (there were two women) I only asked if the double low toast was spicy since I do not eat so spicy and then he chose another option, I asked him two toasts a double chicken and the double, an order of Nachos and two flans, just to ask if it was spicy change of person to serve us, at the window they gave us a great drink when we did not order one, I returned the drink because they do not accept things that are not ours, I called her twice to ask her for sauce and Serrano ignored us the first time, he charged us and almost threw the change with the food that she told us with great contempt "GOOD NIGHT" and closed the window in our face

The manager, Alex, went through the order with us item by item, making sure we were happy with everything. He was very generous, helpful, and accommodating. What a great experience!
