While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Colton,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- DMDobey MartinezSep 19, 20265.0This place is great and the loaded queso is AMAZING! So far, I been going there for the loaded Queso for the past 3 days. And there's a guy there by the name of Alex and he's a great manger and if he's not a manager, he definitely should be because he's very understanding, kind and professional. Also, all of the employees there are amazing
- DDDavidAug 24, 20261.0I visited this store at 6:30pm on 08/24 and the cashier (female) on heaphones was SCREAMING here and there and back and forth. When calling my order, She did NOT include napkins on my order tray, and the main counter's source was also OUT of napkins. Then She repeatedly ignored I was waiting at the counter asking for napkins until the manager noticed my frustration and he came over to help. The cashier was Very unprofessional.
