  I came to Wingstop to pick up an online order, and unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. When I told one of the employees I was there to pick up an order and gave him the name, he initially ignored me. When he finally acknowledged me, he handed me the bag in a careless manner. I checked the order and noticed that the corn I had paid for was missing. I politely let another employee know that I was missing the corn, and instead of simply checking the order, he immediately gave me attitude and insisted that he had put it in the bag. I told him that if it were actually there, I obviously wouldn’t be standing there asking for it. After checking, he realized it was missing and gave me the corn, but tossed it toward me rather than handing it to me respectfully. I could have made a big scene, but I chose to simply walk away. Mistakes happen, especially with food orders, but the way customers are treated afterward matters. I paid for my food and shouldn’t have to argue with employees over something that was missing from my order. The experience felt very unprofessional, and the customer service definitely needs improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training on how to treat customers respectfully.

  More than half of my wings had a bunch of feathers in them. I usually have a pretty strong stomach but even after pulling the feathers out, the wings tasted terrible and made me gag and nearly throw up. The taste of burnt feathers is not one I’d recommend. At least I had fries to eat I guess… Update: The link they provide in their response doesn’t even work.

  I placed an order online for a specific time. I received a text message regarding my order saying it was running a little late which is fine I understand things can happen I waited about 40 mins before I looked through the app and said my order was cancelled out of no where I called the store to ask about my order and the guy over the phone after hearing my question just hung up on me ! So unprofessional and rude !!! Worst customer service!!!
