  I dont know the girl that works in there but she seems very miserable. Someone needs to retrain her about customer service. So my daughter ordered pizza got a pizza and a pasta and the app didnt give her the option when you order of a sauce that comes when u order a certain type of pizza. When my son-in law explained she seemed like she either had a bad day but was having attitude and pretty much said next time do it in the app. Mistakes happen customer service is to say im sorry you were having difficulties which could've been an app issue but to be rude and forward like you at your parents house is uncalled for. Myself and my daughter order pizza like 4-5 times a week and for someone to act like this is uncalled for. I hope a manager or if ran by corporate sees this that a woman that worked on may 9th from 8pm -8:30 pm getting the pizzas out to the customer is rude and something is done to not allow this to happen again.

  I ordered through the app, and got screwed! I ordered two 3 topping medium pizzas and bread bites, and used my rewards for a fee pizza. I was charged $41.82!!! It should have been $10.99 x 2 + $2.99 + $6.00 delivery fee , for a total of $33.45!!! I tried to cancel the order in the app. No luck! I called the store! No help there either. I was told to call customer support. So I called customer support and they didn’t do anything, other than say they would look into it. So I had to call the bank and file a complaint and a dispute with them for the overcharge. It’s totally asinine that they don’t seem to have any concerns whatsoever about overcharging their customers. It doesn’t matter if it’s the store or corporate. They don’t seem to care about customer service. I looked to see if maybe I had made an error, but nope! My order was correct. I could see in the app that my order was manipulated and not in the order that I had placed it in. It’s a dam shame that a business has to stoop to that kind of level to make a profit. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But they don’t seem interested in making their wrong a right. Check your orders before making your purchase or you may end up paying more than you wanted to pay for your pizza

  Ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni but I got some slices missing pepperoni and burnt cheese

  The pizza was very dry ,not much flavor. I got one pepperoni and a Hawaiian. The one on 42nd Jackson is way better never fails.
