  Drinks are HORRIBLE!! Must not have clean, drinkable water because beverages tastes like metal..disgusting!

  If I could give a 0 I would. This location is horrible. The manager Reuben refused to give me the 2 marinara sauce that came with my large mozzarella stick order. He said the App offers 2 but he only gives 1 out because his business is out when giving out so many condiments. He then wanted to charge me .50 cash for the extra sauce but when I told him to ring me up it was only .24c. He was yelling and being so rude. I gave them another try and they got my order wrong and when I went to ask for a refund they said they couldn’t and I had to reach out to customer service and never tried to fix it. I had to walk away with a wrong order, or be out on my money. Absolutely the WORST PLACE EVER!!! They need new management and employees that are not always angry and unhappy to be there.

  Honestly…. It’s not that hard to answer the drive through window. It took 10-15 minutes. I always have this issue with this sonic! Anywhere else is fine. Save time and go to the one in Shaw. They need to really step up their customer service and retrain everyone. Absolutely ridiculous. And then take forever on food too!!!!
