  Their staff is extremely rude. I ordered drinks that were incorrect and had to go all the way back, which is not close to my house and they were extremely rude about having to fix the order. There was no apology. No nothing. Won’t be going back. Considering that fast food employees are now paid $20 an hour the level of incompetence is unbelievable.

  With the new app it is way easier to order and there are specials found only online.

  Absolutely a Horrible Mannered Young Female taking customers orders at the Drive Thru. She was rude disrespectful and seemed to be quite annoyed. As I was placing my order I had a question and she kept asking if I was done yet. I asked her if I was taking too long placing my order.. she got very rude and mouthy with me. I told her how rude she was and canceled my order and then I'd be notifying management today.

  We got 3 bacon cheeseburgers, somehow they consider 1/2 piece of bacon a bacon cheese burger, I’m guessing in a few months they will change to a single bacon bit. All 3 were the same, 1/2 piece of bacon, it’s pathetic they can’t even give you a whole piece of bacon. Then $4.50 for a small onion ring, and you get 4 onion rings? More than $1 per onion ring. I don’t know if it is this location or Sonic in general, but it’s ridiculous, can get way more for your money elsewhere.
