  Went today on my lunch ...ordered 2 small burgers ...waited 30 minutes had to leave...never got my food ...giant waste of time and a lunch break

  My kids love the drinks but I absolutely hate the experience. I don't think there's ever been a time that I've gone in there and used the app and that took me 30 minutes. Something always goes wrong. It's not efficient. Then the food is very dependent on the location you go to.

  We live out in the country and drive 25 minutes to get Sonics. Unfortunately, I am always disappointed. My order is always missing some thing. This morning we drove into town to get Sonic, don't get me wrong the food is always good but my order is always missing something I pay extra for. We got home and our order was missing the chili cheese tots. I blame myself, as much as this happens at this particular location I should check my bags before leaving the restaurant.

  I usually go to this Sonic on Herndon in Clovis because it’s the closest location to my job at the hospital. I’ve gone three separate times and usually only order drinks for myself and coworkers as a nice gesture. I honestly don’t know what I did, but at this point it feels personal because they’ve messed up my drink all three times. My order is a cherry limeade with extra cherries — pretty simple. The first two visits I received no extra cherries not even one, and this most recent visit was the same issue again, except they also added lemon. It completely changed the flavor and made the drink sour and honestly gross. I didn’t even finish it. What’s frustrating is I never have these issues at other locations, and this time there weren’t even any cars there, so they weren’t busy. Mistakes happen, but three out of three times on a simple drink order is disappointing.
