  We've gone to other Sonics and ordered a cranberry and vanilla drink on ice. This was the only place that said they couldn't make it. That it had to be a limeade drink. We thought it was going to be the same but they just made it a cranberry limeade. Not the drink we asked for. It was too late to go back. If they just made the drink asked it would be a higher rating.

  Came here to get some ice cream drinks for the kids. We waited about 45 minutes for our drinks and burger only to be told that they don’t take bills larger than $20 my total came out to $53.90 I had exact Change and the manager Julie took our food back in and said she couldn’t take our money and I could leave to go get change. I would understand if it was late but it’s 3 in the afternoon. There are no signs posted anywhere on the premises or else I would have came prepared but this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional Sonic you need to train your manager and staff accordingly and post signs to make customers aware of your policies and managers rude behavior. Do better Sonic do better!

  Worst choices in employees. Owners should be ashamed. Ignore customers well before closing time.
