  Ordered delivery for a group of kids swimming at my house. Delivery driver Ivan goes above and beyond! He let me know of specials for next time. He also had bags of toys for the kids!

  Very disappointed and upset. I had ordered 2 XL pizzas. They lady noticed before she gave it to me and told the guy making the pizza that the pizzas were supposed to be a XL but he made them just Large. He just shrugged his shoulders and the lady asked if that was ok which obviously it wasn't so I had to go and couldn't wait another 30 minutes because I had family coming over to watch the fight. The bbq chicken looked sloppy made as well.and they can't even give me pizzas for making the wrong size and won't make it right. Terrible business

  Delicious food and stellar service! We love the pizza here. I always order 1 pizza with no cheese (We have 1 with lactose intolerance) and with other places, it's not always a good experience. At pizza factory, the crust and sauce are so good and there are such generous amounts of toppings that the cheese-less is delicious. The delivery driver, Ivan, was so friendly and helpful, letting us know of specials we can order next time that we might like and offering plates and treat bags for the kiddos. So nice! Great experience overall!
