  Delicious food and stellar service! We love the pizza here. I always order 1 pizza with no cheese (We have 1 with lactose intolerance) and with other places, it's not always a good experience. At pizza factory, the crust and sauce are so good and there are such generous amounts of toppings that the cheese-less is delicious. The delivery driver, Ivan, was so friendly and helpful, letting us know of specials we can order next time that we might like and offering plates and treat bags for the kiddos. So nice! Great experience overall!

  Ordered 2 topping pizza. Picked it up. Was not ready when I got there. Had to wait 30 minutes. Paid for it and Annalisa handed me a pizza. Got home and discovered it was a 1 topping pizza. Called and they said tried calling you to bring back pizza gave you wrong one. Then was put on hold. Came back on phone said no we didn't call you . They wanted me to bring it back told them I live over 20 minutes away in the foothills can t do that. Can u just got a store credit. She put me on hold again. Then came back on the ozone and said yes. I called 4 days later to get my credit pizza manager was not there. Employee put me on hold Then came back on and said owner said only can give u a $5 credit. Was told the person who picked up pizza just grabbed a pizza and left. How can that be when you have to.pay for it first. Well not go there ever again. Annalisa said what she had to say to save her job.

  I called to speak with the manager to leave this compliment but was told the manager was busy as they were “short staffed” … a little sad I couldn’t let them know directly of my experience with the delivery guy so I will put it here: Ivan was the nicest person I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. He delivered our pizza quickly, told us of specials and options for next time and even had little surprise toy bags in his pocket for the kids! I hope you guys know what an awesome employee you have and that he gets some recognition for literally going above and beyond! Please tell Ivan Thank You and that my kids love the little bag of goodies you brought them.

  Had Pizza Factory for Easter Sunday dinner and wow the pepperoni pizza was so delicious! Super tasty, perfect cheese-to-sauce ratio, and the crust had that nice chew. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly worth it. I was so hungry I forgot to snap pics. Will definitely order again! Highly recommend!
