  This location is truly awful I would never say that but sadly it is the way treat you when you express they messed up on your order not once I mean sadly many of times and I'm very polite and patient and they make you wait a very very long time to get your meal then you get it and it's wrong literally lol or when I ask them when I order my I change my medium to a large on my drinks cause they all cost the same they give me major major attitude and tell me no knowing you can at any time just can't do with the food items as their is a cost difference... And today it was kike that again I order the big mc meal that is $9... And asked for a large drink and a ice cream cone I go to the window and tell them I'm sorry I asked for a large not a medium the gentleman that seems like he is gay not to be rude that has glasses literally told me no it only comes with a medium therefore you're only getting a medium very disrespectful and a very rude tone then on top of that I ordered an ice cream cone and there was less than an inch of the cone there we pay almost $4 for a cone It should not be a tiny bit of ice cream that's insane for $4 for a cone I can get a whole tub of ice cream I just got off of work I work three jobs I wanted me a meal and an ice cream cone and then the guy forgot to give me my straw and forgot fries So I only got the ice cream cone that was barely anything and my Big Mac didn't receive my fries and didn't get a large drink I explained to them that they forgot it and they try to say they put it in the bag knowing I was still in line at the window and I even told them that you just gave me the bag there's no medium fry in it.. and refuse to give me fries and I donated money and round out to almost $2 more than what my meal was and got treated extremely disrespectful this is happened more than once I don't know why so go to this location every once in a blue moon but not all their employees are bad there's one employee that was absolutely amazing that they have never had and she is great The rest of them need to take notes learn how to deal with customer service and learn how to handle situations that they don't know what to do instead of being rude to me as I am a manager

  This McDonald's has a lot of previous negative reviews, but recently something has changed. My mother in law and I came here for a coffee and breakfast sandwich and we were pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The young lady at the counter greeted us kindly. We sat down and our food was bought out to our table. When we were done someone came and offered to throw our trash away and asked if we wanted a refill on our water.The dining room is very clean and the tables our wiped down as soon as customers leave. As people arrived they welcome them in. We've never seen such excellent customer service in any other McDonald's.

  It looks night but the staff isnt. My fries were cold and my coffee had no vanilla syrup in it even tho I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. The lady at the second window was very rude.
