  Need to get a manager in here immediately. Multiple customers in a row waiting 20 minutes for their orders and having to come ask if they got skipped. Staff hiding in the kitchen, avoiding coming to the counter to ask if customers need help.

  This is by FAR the worst service I’ve ever received from any establishment. As a paying customer, I just wanted a water cup and decided to go to the front of the counter. I STOOD THERE FOR OVER 5 MINUTES BEFORE I WALKED OUT BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME. Let it be known that there was a worker off to the side who refused to make eye contact with me, a worker behind me who was on the phone calling someone, a worker at the register who also refused to make eye contact with me (aren’t you supposed to ask customers what they’d like to order???), and then a worker who gave out orders who blatantly ignored me even after I said “excuse me.” SHE MADE EYE CONTACT WITH AND THEN TURNED AROUND. Additionally, my friend asked for a refill on his sprite but wasn’t given one because they so happened to forget about a cup of sprite sitting in front of them. This is WITHOUT A DOUBT, the most sorry service that a crew can give. Now, none of them are bad people of course, I’m just frustrated by the fact that I couldn’t even be acknowledged and given a cup of water. Perhaps they just “didn’t know,” but how can you ignore someone standing at the front of the counter for 5 minutes. McDonald’s… improve because I don’t feel like going to this location ever again.

  employees rude behavior, employees dissrespect the doordash workers everytime, mcdonald employees check doordash workers phone everytime they do confirm the order or not that's the dissrespect thing for doordash workers, they do make money more than McDonald's employees, they do workhard whole day they are able to buy your $4 burger, so McDonald's change your that policy and gave some lecture to your employees how to respect the other people they need to learn that things thanks.

  I would leave a minus 5 but I can't. I had a very upsetting experience at this McDonald's drive-thru. English is my second language, and I was doing my best to explain a question about the app rewards. Instead of helping me, one of the employees loudly said, “Oh my gosh, I cannot understand her,” and another continued making comments and laughing. I was already uncomfortable, but I stayed in line because my daughter wanted food. When I tried to continue my order, the second employee mocked me again in a fake voice saying, “PLEASE MOVE FORWARD TO THE FIRST WINDOW.” This was clearly meant to make fun of me, and it was very humiliating. I asked to speak to the manager at the window, but he acted like nothing had happened and only said he would “talk to them.” There was no real apology or accountability. That is not an appropriate response when a customer is being mocked and disrespected. No one should be treated this way, especially for trying to communicate in a second language. This experience felt discriminatory and very unprofessional. On top of everything, they didn’t even include basic items like napkins. I hope this location takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff. Customers deserve respect and sincere apology.
