  Constant beeping, someone open emergency exit, and staff let it ring for a long time. Don’t understand why they would have something constantly beeping where people are eating

  The last few times I’ve gone here, it took 15-20 minutes to get the food, with almost nobody waiting. Before they had those waiting stalls, this never happened. Somehow it takes 4x as long to get the food now, probably because i don’t use their app, which is whole other list of issues. Been coming here off and on for like 20 years, since high school. Never again. The last 4 times i’ve gone, it’s the same thing.. i’m waiting so long that i have to wonder if they even forgot about my order. Literally any other place you’ll get your food faster.

  Waited for almost 10 minutes in the lobby to get my order taken then was ignored and looked at wasn't even helped. Ended up just leaving. They obviously only prioritize drive thru and not lobby customers
